ANTHONY C. CARLINI, Jr.

Anthony C. Carlini, Jr. graduated from Rutgers University (B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, Cum Laude, 1991) and Tulane University School of Law (J.D., Cum Laude, 1994).  He is admitted to practice in all Federal and State Courts in New York and New Jersey.  He has been practicing with our firm since 1997.

Mr. Carlini concentrates his legal practice in the areas of commercial and general civil litigation as well as business law.  He is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Dutchess County Bar Associations.

Mr. Carlini is a panel attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, which allows him to advise clients on aviation and general FAA enforcement issues.  Since the Fall of 2000, he has also taught civil litigation as an adjunct lecturer for Marist College's paralegal program.
