A partner at Corbally, Gartland and Rappleyea, LLP from 1958 to 1980, Mr. Corbally re-associated with the firm in October 2000 as "of Counsel". He has engaged in General Practice of Law for more than 50 years, and is a graduate of Georgetown University and Albany Law School. His practices areas include Real Estate, Probate and Estate Administration.

He was a 10-year member of the Board of Trustees of Dutchess Community College and served as Chairperson of that Board for 3 years.  Subsequently, he served as General Counsel for Dutchess Community College for 8 years.

Mr. Corbally is President of the McCann Foundation, Inc., Trustee of the James J. McCann Charitable Trust, and has been active in fund-raising campaigns for various local charities.  He is a former Trustee of Adriance Memorial Library and The Poughkeepsie Area Fund; former Member and Chairman of the Planning Board of Town of Stanford, New York; and former Treasurer of the Dutchess County Bar Association.
