| VINCENT L. DeBIASE
Mr. DeBiase graduated with honors from Northeastern
University School of Business Administration and Southern Methodist University School of Law. He joined
the firm in 1974.
Mr.
DeBiase devotes a substantial portion of his law
practice to business counseling, law and litigation. He is a
nationally recognized author and lecturer on the law and business of
franchising, and regularly represents franchisors, franchisees,
dealerships and distributors. His business law experience includes
high technology and other licensing, trademark and complex business
litigation.
Mr. DeBiase also practices in the areas of construction law and litigation.
Mr. DeBiase is a trained mediator and arbitrator, and is a member of CPR's
Panel of Distinguished Neutrals and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Mr. DeBiase is the past President of the Board of
the Mid-Hudson Civic Center and the Poughkeepsie Day School. He
is also a member of the American Bar Association Committees on
Franchising, Construction Law and litigation.
