William W. Frame is a graduate of the University of Akron (B.A., 1999) and the University of Akron School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2004), where he was Editor of The Akron Sidebar as well as the recipient of several CALI excellence in achievement awards. He is admitted to practice in New York State courts as well as the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Dutchess County and New York State Bar Associations, and The American Bar Association.
