Milton M. Haven has been counsel to the firm since April 1980.  He graduated from Syracuse University in 1931 and Syracuse College of Law in 1933.  He received a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse College of Law in 1968.  He served as City Judge of the City of Poughkeepsie and as Judicial Hearing Officer appointed by the Administrative Judge of the State of New York.

Mr. Haven has been active in many civic organizations.  He was President of the Dutchess County Bar Association (1977-78) and has been listed in Marquis Who's Who in the East (Volume 17) and Who's Who in American Law, (Edition Eleven).

Mr. Haven, as counsel, has been active in the field of research in the area of estate planning.
