PAUL O. SULLIVAN
Paul O. Sullivan joined our firm
in 1979. After graduating from Fordham University (BA 1970), he
received a JD degree in 1975 from Fordham Law School where he was a member of
the Law Review. He subsequently received a Master of Laws degree from
New York University in 1982. He is admitted
to practice law in the states of New York and Florida. Mr. Sullivan has
served as a Town Justice in the Town of Poughkeepsie since 1979 and is a past
Assistant District Attorney for Dutchess County.
His legal practice is
concentrated in the area of civil litigation, labor law, education law and
estates and trusts. He regularly represents colleges and other educational
institutions.
Mr. Sullivan is a member of the
National Association of College and University Attorneys, the American Trial
Lawyers Association, the Dutchess
County Magistrates Association, the New York State Magistrates Association and the New York and Florida Bar
Associations. He is admitted to practice law before the United States
Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts, Southern, Northern and Eastern
Districts of New York. |
