William W. Frame

William W. Frame graduated from the University of Akron (B.A. 1999) and the University of Akron School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2004), where he was the editor of the Akron Sidebar as well as the recipient of several CALI Excellence in Achievement awards.

Mr. Frame is admitted to practice in all New York state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of New York, Northern District of New York and Southern District of New York. Additionally, Mr. Frame has handled cases on a pro hac vice basis in the United States District Courts for the District of Columbia, the District of Connecticut, the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Western District of Virginia.

Mr. Frame is a member of the Dutchess County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  

Mr. Frame's areas of practice include civil litigation, commercial litigation, franchising, bankruptcy, creditor's rights, copyright and trademark law, employment law and criminal defense.
