FEES AND POLICIES

We at CORBALLY, GARTLAND and RAPPLEYEA, LLP, strive to keep fees for legal services as moderate as possible, while maintaining a first rate staff, research facilities and technological advances. Quality legal services continue, however, to demand quality time, careful preparation and thoughtful execution.

Fees are typically based on the time devoted to your matters, the responsibility we undertake on your behalf, and sometimes, the result obtained. We remain open-minded when our clients request non-traditional fee arrangements as long as the quality of service is not compromised.

We expect our clients to respond promptly to our billing statements, in the same way we try to respond swiftly to our clients' needs.
