Vincent L. DeBiase, Esq., a managing partner at the law firm of Corbally Gartland & Rappleyea, LLP in Poughkepsie, New York has been selected to serve on the United States District Court's Mediation Panel for the Southern District of New York.  

The US District Court of the Southern District of New York has jurisdiction over counties of New York, Bronx, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, and Sullivan. The Southern District Court is one of the most influential and active federal district courts in the United States, largely because of its jurisdiction over New York's major financial centers.

Mr. DeBiase, whose law practice is concentrated in the areas of franchising, licensing, intellectual property and construction litigation, is also a trained arbitrator and mediator and serves on the Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR) Distinguished Panel of Neutrals.
